1. About WaxBiller

WaxBiller is a digital service platform operated by Topfosa Technology Limited. The WaxBiller enables users to purchase and resell digital products and services such as airtime, data, cable TV subscriptions, electricity tokens, education pins, e.t.c and wallet-based payment services. In addition to acting as an intermediary between users and authorized third-party service providers, WaxBiller also develops, produces, and sells its own digital products and solutions.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to keep your credentials confidential.
• We may request verification documents (NIN, BVN, ID card) to comply with regulatory obligations.

3. Wallet, Funding & Payments

Each user account includes a digital wallet used for payments on the Platform. Wallets can be funded through approved channels on the website. Wallet funds can only be used for transactions within the Platform and do not earn interest.

Refunds for failed transactions will be processed to the WaxBiller wallet by default. Bank refunds may take additional time depending on the payment processor.

4. Transactions & Service Delivery

WaxBiller delivers services instantly or within a reasonable time after payment confirmation. Delivery depends on third-party providers and network performance. You are responsible for entering the correct details (phone number, meter number, smartcard number, e.t.c) when placing orders.

5. Refunds & Reversals

Refunds are issued only for failed or unfulfilled transactions and are usually credited to the user's WaxBiller wallet. We reserve the right to withhold refunds where suspicious activity is detected pending investigation.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses
• Reverse-engineering, hacking, or interfering with the WaxBiller
• Engaging in money laundering or other financial crimes

7. Pricing & Commission

Prices for services are displayed on the WaxBiller and may change at any time. Discounts and bonuses are discretionary and may be withdrawn without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The WaxBiller name, logo, design, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Topfosa Technology Limited. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce our brand assets without prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the WaxBiller is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data. By using WaxBiller, you consent to such data processing for service delivery, KYC, fraud prevention, and analytics.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The WaxBiller is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaxBiller and Topfosa’s liability is limited to the transaction value in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for failures caused by third-party providers or force majeure events.

11. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms. Wallet funds may be withheld pending investigation where appropriate.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be published on the website and notified to users where appropriate. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
